The Waratah Coal Inc. story is just about done

Hi Lou,

Thank you,

Steve

Hi Steve,

Thanks for your support in all media my friend it is much appreciated! The comedy club was an investment I made at age 25 and it taught me so many valuable lessons that I have carried with me ever since. I think the most important one is that good people will pull you through tough times and its better to laugh than to cry in good times and bad.

I think the Waratah Coal Inc., WCI TSXV, story is just about done. There is a $1.60 cash offer on the table that the board has recommended as of December 01, 08 so it’s a matter of closing that deal. I suppose that there could be competing bids but then I would expect that the stock would be trading above the offer price which it isn’t.

Happy Capitalism!
