Glad to see interest in North West - I live in one of the remote communities where they are basically the monopoly retailer and can price as they like. For me, holding a few units makes me feel a little better when I buy groceries here (my wife and I spent about 16K in that store last year). My only concern about them is that they seem to be venturing outside of monopoly markets and I am not sure how they will fare in competitive markets. Still, as long as they are focused on remote, non-competitive markets where most people are working for the government, they will do fine, maybe a distribution cut when the tax changes come into effect.
