The lesson to take away from this case is that holding a stock in a steep decline is a bad plan.
I think that you have a trade forming up but you will have to be careful of the resistance that is evident along the 50 day moving average.
The RSI and the MACD are not currently signalling a shift in momentum to the upside on the six month chart.
At the moment I would not be a buyer until the MACD and RSI indicated a shift away from the selling pressure that has been hanging over the stock for five weeks.
With new management set to be taking over in the new year and a reorganization designed to speed up decision making it would be worth waiting before selling.
There is conjecture that the company has the room to goose the cash distributed to owners over the next few years
